I was a bit lost... an overview or back to basics session would have been great to start with.
Found it useful...gave me some ideas. Would have preferred more structure. LvR

I enjoyed Frankie's presentation and obvious enthusiasm. Maybe some of the links she suggested will provide more information - I haven't had time to look at them yet - but some sites that give good how-to-do-it information appropriate for different levels of interest or expertise could be useful. Give the basics... not many people seemed to know what blogs etc were......
Agree with this comment. Maybe your opening question on 'who was interested in what' inferred that people already knew what they were (or had heard of them) and wanted more information rather than wanting to know what they actually were and how they could be used. (MC)
Base it on case studies/examples of how OPCET people might actually use it. LvR
Perhaps managers in OPCET might consider if these technologies should be used by OPCET, and focus our training on systems we will be using? VMcS
